Bringing the Four Together at

El-Bethel Community Church:

When all four postures work together, the church becomes a place where:

  • Hearts are surrendered

  • Hands are serving

  • Steps are obedient

  • Systems are strong

Church Commitment:

This produces a culture where joyful service, faithful standing, and graceful completion are not slogans but they are lived realities.

  • Serving the LORD joyfully.

  • Standing for Him faithfully.

  • Completing His Assignments gracefully.

Stewardship

of  SURRENDER

  • RETURNING THE LIFE GOD RESTORED

  • BELONGING TO THE HOUSEHOLD OF GOD

  • YIELDED CAPACITY UNDER GOD's AUTHORITY

Stewardship of Surrender This is the posture that sets the tone for everything else. Surrender doesn’t weaken us; it aligns us with the will of God. Psalm 100:2 calls us to “serve the LORD with gladness,” and that gladness is rooted in a heart that is yielded. It means choosing His will over preferences. It means letting God shape our attitudes, not circumstances. It builds humility and readiness. At El-Bethel, this posture reminds us that ministry doesn’t start with activity — it starts with yielded hearts that say: “Lord, here we are.”

Our Approach

We are collaborative at heart—working with churches, ministries, community groups, and individuals who share our vision for healing, inclusion, and spiritual growth.

Our activities are guided by compassion, professionalism, and a missional drive to serve where the need is greatest.

Over the next three years, El-Bethel Mission aims to:

1. Strengthen Organisational Capacity

  • Expand fundraising capabilities

  • Develop volunteer manpower and leadership pipelines

  • Facilitate church planting and growth initiatives

2. Deliver and Scale Key Projects

  • Pastoral Care Hub: Enhance our advocacy, befriending, and coaching support systems

  • C-VEhW Programme: Scale our eye health screening services across targeted developing countries.

  • inCube8 Youth Exchange: Build international pathways for youth talent development and mission-minded entrepreneurship.
